    It's Primark's Eye Gloss in Electro Blue or something along those lines (50p from the bargain bins, and yes it IS intended for eyes but it looks so much cooler on lips) and then I used one of their Eye Dusts, the gold one, and just smudged it along my lips. Because I'm so cool and avant garde. Lol.

    Thanks for your comment :) :P I just realised I flashed my braces as well...nice. Neon green! I got them tightened and had the colour changed recently.
